Our Services
Who Do We Help
Our focus is on immigrants who have been in the area for five years or less, and who do not yet have US citizenship or permanent residency. While our services are focused on this group, we will do our best to support others as we’re able when needs come up.
How We Can Help
We offer general support in a few key areas:
Navigating Systems
Examples:
Understanding how to apply for health insurance or find a doctor
Figuring out school enrollment or daycare for your children
Learning how public benefits or local programs work
Connecting to Resources
Examples:
Referrals for housing, food, or clothing support
Connecting you with legal, medical, or counseling services
Sharing information about community programs and opportunities
Forms & Applications
Examples:
Filling out applications for services or programs
Searching for and applying for apartments
Helping you gather the documents you may need
What to Expect
Once you reach out to us, a staff member will contact you within 2 business days to set up an initial meeting. We work with you to explore options and take next steps together. While we may not always be able to solve every situation directly, we’ll do our best to guide you, connect you, and support you along the way.
Some services depend on availability, eligibility, or partnerships with other organizations.
Not sure if what you need fits what we do? Feel free to reach out anyway—we’re happy to talk it through with you.
