Community Partner Referrals

This page is for community partners who would like to refer individuals or families to Renew Northwest for case management and resource navigation support.

Who We Serve

Renew Northwest serves immigrants who have been in the area for five years or less. We support individuals and families as they navigate complex systems and work toward greater stability, safety, and wellbeing.

How We Can Help

We provide case management and resource navigation, which may include:

• Listening to client goals and concerns

• Helping clients understand available options and next steps

• Connecting clients to community resources and trusted service providers

• Assisting with applications or forms

• Coordinating referrals to partner organizations

We are not able to provide direct financial assistance at this time.

Referrals are reviewed by our team within 2 business days. If a referral is accepted, our staff will contact the client directly. After intake and risk assessment, we will determine the level of casework management we are able to provide.

Please communicate with the individual/family that you are making a referral so that they can anticipate us contacting them.
